Vault: a versioned, shared filesystem for AI agent outputs.

A shared file store where every Orbit agent writes its outputs — drafts, briefs, datasets, transcripts — tagged by project, department, and agent, with versions, previews, and per-file permissions.

What it is

The Vault is the shared filesystem for your AI workforce — the single place where every artifact an agent produces gets stored, versioned, and made discoverable. Drafts, briefs, research reports, transcripts, datasets, spreadsheets, images: instead of scattering across chats and downloads folders, everything an Orbit ships lands in one organized space your whole team (human and AI) can reach.

How it works in Orbit

Inside the Vault, files are tagged by project, department, and producing agent, with previews, share links, and per-file permissions. Other agents subscribe to the Vault the same way a teammate would: a Social Writer picks up the latest long-form draft the moment the Editor publishes it; a Marketing Analyst reads last week's campaign report before writing this week's. It turns "where did that file go?" into a solved problem.
