1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Orbit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. What Orbit provides
Orbit is a workspace for AI work and AI agents — a shared memory, visibility, and coordination layer that connects to AI tools you already use. The Service includes the web application, the Orbit MCP endpoint, connected integrations, storage, and any features we make available to your workspace. Some features require a paid subscription or credits.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and your MCP endpoint URL secure. Your MCP URL functions as an access credential — anyone with it can write to and read from your workspace.
- You may not share accounts, use another person's credentials, or impersonate others.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the Service.
4. Third-party AI tools and connections
Orbit connects to third-party AI tools and services you choose to link (such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, n8n, and others). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. We are not responsible for the conduct, outputs, availability, or data practices of third-party tools. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Orbit alongside those tools complies with their terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload or process malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' workspaces.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse API or MCP rate limits.
- Generate, store, or distribute illegal, abusive, or harmful content — whether created by you or by AI agents connected to your workspace.
We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations.
6. Your content and agent activity
- You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or that your connected AI agents generate into your workspace.
- You grant us the limited right to host, process, index, back up, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you — including generating summaries, embeddings, and search indexes over your workspace content so that features like shared memory and retrieval work.
- Content written to your workspace by AI agents you have connected is treated as your content. You are responsible for what your connected agents send to Orbit, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.
- You are responsible for reviewing agent-generated content before relying on or acting upon it.
7. AI-generated outputs
Orbit uses underlying AI model providers (which may include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others) to provide features such as synthesis, summarization, classification, naming, and search. AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee that any AI output is correct, original, or fit for a particular purpose. Orbit is a coordination and memory layer — decisions made based on workspace content remain your responsibility.
8. Subscriptions, credits, and payments
- Paid plans and credits are billed through Stripe. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms and our pricing terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Credits (including promotional or free signup credits) have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be modified as part of pricing changes.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes apply at your next renewal.
9. Intellectual property
Orbit and its branding, code, designs, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any license to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as permitted here.
10. Confidentiality and security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace data, credentials, and MCP endpoint, and for the security practices of any third-party tools you connect.
11. Availability and changes to the Service
The Service is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific feature or integration — including third-party integrations that may change or break due to changes on the third party's side.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, harm the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice. You can export your workspace data before deletion.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including losses arising from actions taken by AI agents connected to your workspace or decisions made based on workspace content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbit and its team from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, the activity of AI agents you connect, or your violation of these terms.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
